Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no return policy. 

Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged at the discretion of our staff. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please send us your information and a picture of the item you would like exchanged for the same item to info@lightenuptherapy.ca. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then a replacement will be processed and shipped to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a gift certificate of the same amount as your item to be used on another product from our online store.
